About The Elite Suites in Ness City, Kansas

Welcome to our web site, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about The Elite Suites. History The Elite Suites  were originally constructed in 1910 by J.V. Mc Mahon, the Santa Fe Railway Depot agent for Ness City at that time. They were used as a 9 room rooming house and later named the The Elite Hotel until 1950 when they where purchased by the local Walter family and turned into a private residence. It remained a private residence until 2005 when PC Properties purchased it and converted it to a guest house named The Elite Suites. Upon the opening of Ness City's First and Finest Guest House in October, 2005 the lower suite was retained as a long term rental residence with two refurbished luxury three room guest suites on the second floor.  On September 1st, 2006   the downstairs suite was named the Colorado Suite and became the owner's residence in true guest house tradition. The Elite Suite The Elite Suite was refurbished with a full reclining couch and easy chair, king size sleigh bed and breakfast nook with refrigerator and microwave.  It also features a 27" color TV with remote and free cable and HBO.  It also contains a full bathtub/shower and will accommodate from one to three people very comfortably.  Rates run from $65.00, single to $85.00 a night for three people. The Kansas Suite The Kansas Suite was refurbished with a full reclining couch and easy chair, mission style queen size bed and breakfast nook with refrigerator and microwave.  It features a 21" color TV with remote and free cable and HBO.   It also contains a full bathtub/shower and will accommodate from one to three people very comfortably.  Rates run from $60.00, single to $80.00 a night for three people. The Colorado Suite The Colorado Suite opened on September 1st, 2006, Labor Day, and will serves as the owner's residence in the true guest house tradition.  It features an over sized full living and dining room with full kitchen facilities. It also supports two bed rooms featuring queen and twin beds with accommodations for four to six persons.  A full bathtub/shower is also provided. The New Mexico House The New Mexico House The California House Patio, Hot Tub and Game Cleaning Facilities The Guest House currently supports a fenced patio and deck area and will begin hot tub repairs when a new roof is installed this year.  A game cleaning station will also be added at the rear of the residence for hunting season 2006.
